The free assessment

The existing questionnaire at /assessment stays in your browser. Its answers are not submitted to My WTF✱, saved to an account, or sent to AI. Leaving or refreshing clears them.

The paid coaching experience

After you sign in and explicitly agree, your coaching answers are sent to OpenAI through our server. The coach receives the conversation and relevant plan or progress information needed to respond. Do not include confidential information or identifying details about others.

AI response requests use store:false. This does not mean zero provider retention: OpenAI’s API safety and abuse-monitoring policies may still apply. OpenAI’s API data policies.

Your conversations, draft and confirmed plans, and progress notes are saved in the application’s database and associated with your signed-in identity. Authentication is provided through ChatGPT sign-in, not a password collected by this website.

Payments and PDF email

When checkout opens, Stripe will process payments and subscription changes. This application stores the customer reference and subscription status, not your card details.

When you confirm a plan, its PDF is sent to the email associated with your sign-in through the configured transactional email service, Resend. That service processes the email address and attachment. A PDF may include sensitive answers; you can download it instead while email is unavailable. Newsletter permission is separate—creating an account or buying a plan does not subscribe you.

Access and deletion

You can download confirmed plans and erase coaching conversations, plans, and progress from your account. Erasing history does not cancel billing, delete your ChatGPT account, recall emailed copies, or delete records held by payment and email providers. Minimal payment references and usage counters are kept separately for billing and abuse prevention. Provider retention and backups may outlast deletion from the live application.

What the coach is—and is not

My WTF✱ is an AI coaching tool for adults 18 and older. It is not Alyssia, a therapist, a clinician, or an emergency service. It may be wrong or misunderstand you. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, diagnoses, or guaranteed outcomes. Seek appropriate human help when needed.

VIP includes group coaching with Alyssia, not private sessions. Call logistics and eligible event pricing will be published before VIP enrollment opens.
